ELECTION CIRCULAR

FINAL LIST OF CANDIDATES FOR ELECTION TO THE MEMBERS OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE FOR TWO YEARS’ TERM BEGINNING
FROM 1ST DECEMBER, 2008.

As a result of the scrutiny of the nominations on 30th October, 2008 and withdrawal of three nominations from the contest from the Corporate Member Class, following is the Final List of Candidates contesting the elections for the members of the Executive Committee from Corporate and Associate Member Classes of the Chamber.

As the number of candidates both from Corporate and Associate Member Classes are equal to the number of seats available for the members of the Executive Committee from both the classes, as declared in the Notice of Annual General Elections – 2009-09 issued on 10th September, 2008, the above candidates have been elected un-opposed and there would be no Polling on 17th November, 2008.
